Finding Your CBI Account ID

Oy Vay! You don't know your CBI account ID? Don't be concerned - you are perfectly normal. Your ID is a 7 to 8 digit number that is unique to your family.

Fortunately, there are a few ways for you to get your account ID:

  1. Check your synagogue statement. Your account ID is printed in the upper right corner. If sent by e-mail, look for mail from mainoffice@cbi-nj.org
  2. Look for a customized e-mail with a login link. For the purim basket program, this would come from purim@cbi-nj.org.
  3. Call or e-mail the synagogue office to request your account ID and have it e-mailed back to you.
